I have fallen for this yaoi anime after coming across it on youtube. For those people who do not know what yaoi means, it is a gay relationship so people who hate homo, you may leave NOW.

ok, just kidding. the bears are basically the mascot of this series. to be exact, it is the weird interest of the eccentric seme of the first pairing. he has a huge collection of bears and he named them all 'suzuki san' for the weirdest reason ever (this is explained in the omake of one of the episodes).  for people who are more interested, some nice guy (or girl most likely) has uploaded it on youtube. don't worry, it is 100% safe and yaoi free to watch. come on, what can happen in 40 seconds......................why is the bear named suzuki san?

does teddy bear holds some kind of special meaning in a yaoi series? i have seen teddy bears as mascots in this anime and the other one called gakuen heaven. or it is simply there to add some feminine feel to a series filled with guys. or it is to appeal more to females viewers? either way, i want such a huge teddy bear too but i can imagine the price to be as enormous too.

junjou romantica like most yaoi series revolves around more than one pairing, each with their own appeal. what a way to pull in audience like having a pet shop that sells more than one type of puppies.
