the last time i went sentosa was 9 years ago when the school brought us there for a graduation trip. so we went to the mini theme park and the beach.

sentosa was so empty then with like nothing interesting. there are a few places to play but the decoration is nothing great. unlike disneyland which the whole place is decorated to the last detail, sentosa is like a baby.

9 years later, i am back there for orientation. there is a big difference. well, singapore is seeing the importance in tourism and the pressure from neighboring countries. there is a need to do some touch up.

sentosa at night looks so much better. i, for one, will support it as i hate the sun. singapore is too hot to enjoy in the day.

i watched 'songs of the sea' which is a musical employing a lot of lights, fire, water and fog for a different experience.
when the fire works came out. i said 'ok, my 10 dollars is totally worth it now. XD'
it could do better with more colours for the other three sea creatures.

let's see what they will present us next. they can't go on with one musical forever. that is the stupidest strategy for tourism.

xueling say they should do away with ' the fake voices, the people, the stupid sea creatures' and more fire works. if we take them out, we will have the old musical fountain again which is not interesting. well, unless it is as majestic like the one in LV that shoots like 10 metres into the sky, then probably. if that happens, it lacks originality as well.

tried will o' wisp on psp and hiiro no kakera on ds. after comparing, i have to say it is better to play dating game on psp than on ds.
i am so looking forward to hakuoki now!!!

1 - graphic is clearer. ds is more blur.
2 - easier to read. the words in ds is so small, you will cry.

ds has a touch screen feature but dating games do not really full utilize it so it is pointless if all you want to see graphic and read a nice story.


overall, dating games in the end, are still the bigger the screen the better. however, i do not have a tv and ps2 to play them so a pspor pc is the best option for me.
